About
In under three years I have gone from the 2'3" to top 6 finish at Junior Hunter Finals
As a junior from Dallas, Texas, I have been fortunate to train under the guidance of Matt Cyphert and Audrey Norrell of Woodhill Farm who have helped me transform as a rider in three years from competing in the 2'3" to winning at prestigious venues in the 3'6" junior hunters and equitation, including a top 6 overall finish at Junior Hunter Finals.
While I have been riding since I was seven, it wasn't until three years ago where I began competitively competing on the A circuit. In those three years, I have had experience riding a variety of horses including the opportunity to bring a green horse along to win at top venues. More recently, I began competing in the equitation and junior hunters aboard Ruby Tuesday ("Ruby") and together we have accomplished many of my goals including qualifying and competing at Junior Hunter Finals. There we were 4th in the handy and finished 6th overall. Along with numerous championships, we have produced many top 5 classic placings with scores in the high 80s. We have also had many top 5 USHJA National Hunter Derby finishes out of 40+ junior and professional riders. We have also qualified for Capital Challenge and Harrisburg in the junior hunters as well as USHJA Hunt Seat Medal Finals and Jump Seat Medal Finals (2025). Most recently, we finished Desert International Horse Park Reserve Circuit Champion in the 3'3" Junior Hunters.
Academically, I take my studies very seriously and maintain a weighted GPA of 4.75. Due to my determination in the classroom, I have been awarded the Renaissance All Freshman Year Honor Roll, Devotion to Orchestra Award, and Top 5 Math Student during my freshman year. I plan to study Animal Science or take a Pre-Vet track in college in order to pursue veterinary school.
I aim to blend my love for horses and competing at a high level with my academic goals, hoping to ride for a Division I college team. I believe my strengths in and out of the saddle will prove to be valuable to any collegiate team I pursue.
